All home landscaping maintenance and snow removal is a service handled through the Sundance Property Owners Association. Service includes your weekly lawn maintenance, shrub trimming, weed control, and turf fertilizer applications. Snow removal includes your driveway and front walkway. All landscaping services will be performed during the week so as not to disturb those peaceful weekends we all look forward to.
