To begin the process of building your dream home, our expert sales team will work with you to find the ideal homesite for your new residence based on your unique vision and preferences.
The New Home Questionnaire
Once your homesite is selected, you will need to complete our New Home Questionnaire. The New Home Questionnaire allows you the ability to describe what is most important to you in a home: this includes specific needs your future home should meet, your stylistic and aesthetic preferences, and all the other important details that will make you fall in love with your new home.
Meet With the Architect and Developer
Utilizing the information in the New Home Questionnaire, our architect and developer will meet with you personally to discuss in detail the specifics of your custom home. After this initial meeting, you will be provided with a first round of sketches and floor plans to review, and make any necessary changes if need be. Once the floor plans and sketches are finalized, the building process begins!
